# SoloQC

> SoloQC is a photo self-check app for hotel and villa cleaners. Before leaving a room, the cleaner photographs a few fixed points (for example the bed, desk corner, sink, toilet and shower) in the SoloQC app. An AI model checks each photo against the property's checklist within a few seconds, in the background, and a missed item is shown immediately ("no towels on the bed — fix") so it is fixed on the spot instead of being found by a guest. Managers get a photo log of every clean and analytics by room and by cleaner.

## Who it is for

- Small and mid-size hotels, guesthouses, and villa management companies.
- A hotel sets up one checklist per room type; a villa is one unit with a larger checklist.

## How it works

1. The manager sets up a checklist per room type: a few photo points and up to 5 short yes/no statements per point (for example "Two towels are folded on the bed").
2. After cleaning, the cleaner opens the room in the app, chooses a checkout or stayover clean, and photographs each point with the live in-app camera. Gallery uploads are not possible.
3. Each photo is checked by an AI model in the background, usually within a few seconds, while the cleaner photographs the next point.
4. If an item is missing, the phone vibrates and shows what to fix. After two failed photos on a point, the cleaner can mark it manually with a required reason; every manual mark is visible to the manager.

Each photo point takes a cleaner about 20 to 25 seconds; a room with 5 points takes about 2 minutes.

## Pricing (US dollars)

- SoloQC Free costs $0 for up to 5 rooms at 1 property, with 7 days of photo history. It is free for as long as you use it, not a trial.
- SoloQC costs $2 per room per month on Starter, with a $29 monthly minimum (the minimum covers up to 14 rooms), for up to 3 properties and 30 days of photo history.
- SoloQC costs $1.50 per room per month on Pro, with a $99 monthly minimum (the minimum covers up to 66 rooms), for unlimited properties and 90 days of photo history.
- The monthly bill is the larger of the plan minimum and the per-room price times the number of active rooms: Starter = max($29, $2 × rooms), Pro = max($99, $1.50 × rooms).
- Pro costs less than Starter from 50 rooms.
- A room is an active room in SoloQC. A hotel room counts as 1; a villa counts as its number of bedrooms. Archived rooms are free.
- There is no charge per check, per photo, per retake or per cleaner. The AI check is the same on every plan.
- Payment is by card through Stripe, billed monthly. No contract; cancel anytime. If a payment fails, cleaners keep working for 7 days.

## Plan limits

- Properties: Free 1, Starter 3, Pro unlimited.
- Rooms: Free up to 5, Starter unlimited, Pro unlimited.
- Room types (checklists): Free 1, Starter unlimited, Pro unlimited.
- Photo points per room type: Free 5, Starter 8, Pro 10. Per villa type: Free 10, Starter 16, Pro 20.
- Photo history: Free 7 days, Starter 30 days, Pro 90 days. Older photos are deleted automatically.
- Manager accounts: Free 1, Starter unlimited, Pro unlimited.

## Platforms

- Cleaner app: iPhone and Android phones. iPad is not supported.
- Manager admin: web browser, at https://app.soloqc.com.
- Language: English only for now.

## What SoloQC does not do

- It is not a PMS, booking tool, channel manager or scheduler. There are no tasks or assignments.
- No PMS or calendar (iCal) integrations and no public API.
- No offline mode: photos are checked online, and photo taking pauses without a connection.
- No gallery uploads: photos come only from the live in-app camera.
- It only judges what is visible in a photo; it cannot tell whether something was disinfected.
- No published accuracy figure yet; accuracy has been measured on test photos only, not in live hotels at scale.
- Photos are analysed by third-party AI model providers; SoloQC does not currently restrict provider region or provider retention.
- Card payments only.
