The monthly bill is the larger of the plan minimum and the per-room price times the number of active rooms: Starter = max($29, $2 × rooms), Pro = max($99, $1.50 × rooms).
You pay for rooms, not for checks, photos, retakes or cleaners. The AI check is the same on every plan; paid plans add rooms, properties, room types and a longer photo history.

Worked example: a 30-room hotel
On Starter: $2 × 30 = $60, which is above the $29 minimum, so the bill is $60 a month. On Pro: $1.50 × 30 = $45, which is below the $99 minimum, so the bill is $99 a month. Starter is the cheaper plan at this size.
Worked example: 4 villas with 3 bedrooms each
A villa counts as its number of bedrooms, so 4 villas count as 12 rooms. That is over the Free limit of 5. On Starter the bill is $29 a month (the minimum covers up to 14 rooms); on Pro it is $99.

Photo points are limited on purpose: each point takes a cleaner about 20 to 25 seconds, and more photos would cost more time than they save.
Billing, plainly
- A room is an active room in SoloQC. A hotel room counts as 1; a villa counts as its number of bedrooms.
- Archived rooms are not billed, and archiving is free.
- Adding or archiving rooms during the month adjusts the bill pro rata.
- Payment is by card through Stripe, billed monthly in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your country.
- No contract. Cancel or change plan anytime from the billing page in the admin.
- If a payment fails, cleaners keep working for 7 days while you update the card.
- The Free plan costs $0 for as long as you use it. It is not a trial and needs no card.
